Approach
Kayleane Murphy is a counsellor with a person-centred approach to therapy. Kayleane brings a sense of calm and gentleness to support clients to speak openly and freely with no imposition or judgment. With a natural focus on creating a strong counsellor client relationship she gets to know and understand the client and how best to support them in their counselling journey.
This approach allows clients to feel safe expressing themselves in an environment which supports clients to go deeper in their awareness and work towards being the expert in their own life.
Kayleane is always working toward strengthening and deepening her own self and professional development to help support and inspire others to do the same in their life.
Background
My interest in helping and supporting people lead me to study counselling, I have always known I have wanted to help people it just took me a while to figure out in what way I wanted to provide this support. As a chef of 20 year, I found people would come to me for help when they had issues going on in their life and found it easy to open up and confide in me knowing that it would go no further.
I am a calm, gentle and creative person who wants to support and provide a safe environment for people to learn and deepen into themselves helping bring back the joy, connection and purpose in their life.

Gottman Therapy Level 1 clinically Trained
